Thank you @OForgiveness for sharing so personally and powerfully the devastating effects of carrying a knife with our Y10. An impactful message of grace, justice and forgiveness @FulhamBoys@LondonCM
@999London Its heartbreaking when will London take early intervention seriously- Scotland proved the model years ago! Get us in your schools! Children are dying:(
Knife crime has not gone away. It is still reported on in a bias manner and proven methods of early intervention are still not priority - Support Operation Forgiveness
@DavidACBennett Wow so many comments, church as we know it is white middle class church which u may well be but the early church certainly wasnt. Missional ecclesiology in the UK requires deconstruction of the ‘church and white Jesus’ before it becomes home and a place of love and good works.
@999London@kahnZstow If early intervention worked in Scotland which had a much higher rate of knife crime than London and reduced the rate by over 60% why ten years on since my little brother in law was murdered has London not followed the proven method?? We do early intervention please support us
@BCWLindsay @JohnBoyega@akalamusic@idriselba Thanks bro join us tomorrow if you can, thanks for sharing. The biggest challenge is getting people to ‘see’ systemic racism please keep the conversations going. Bless up!
@BCWLindsay @JohnBoyega@akalamusic@idriselba guys you have platforms please share:
Ten years on since my wifes baby brother Zac was murdered. Tomorrow we march in his memory and as a peaceful protest to highlight systemic racism.
Europe ‘Scotland’, they reduced knife crime over 50%.
Why in London in the last ten years has violent youth crime been allowed to escalate?
Join us tomorrow Thursday 2nd July 11am at Josephine Avenue SW2 2LA
We will walk to Gypsy Road
@metpoliceuk Im not trying to pick at this but we all saw footage so WHY do you have almost double the amount of BAME than white people in your photos you’ve shared?
you're going to see a lot of people complaining about the Black Lives Matter protests today, so just a quick reminder that these protests are for -fundamental human rights- as opposed to all these people, who just fancied a day at the beach (Durdle Door, Bournemouth, Southend)
"If you’re more concerned about the responses of black rage than you are about a system that justifies and rewards black death, you don’t love black people — you just love when they stay in their place."
