In today’s learning and performance session staff received CPD on ‘no hands up’ as part of our trust’s fundamental foundations. Heads of department then led a speak for my team collaborative learning structure to enable departments to be more strategic when cold calling 👏✨
This week we delivered our ACE programme to Year 7 who were awesome👏 We also had our first learning and performance session of the year. It was great to see staff completing a gather and share discussing ways in which they could refine their classroom routines 👌✨
