Iโm not here to take sides. Both the cop & the driver should have used common sense. Neither did unfortunately. Iโm a retired LT from the NYPD after close to 25 years of service and I always gave my reason for the stop right from the initial contact with the driver. Not because I had to but because that gave me an advantage when the stop went sideways. The drivers I stopped didnโt have a reason to be non-compliant or evasive since they already knew from the start why they are being stopped. So if during the stop they became non-compliant that instinctively raised red flags immediately. Experience in law enforcement goes a long way to making your day go better. If I was the driver in this case with my wife and young son in the back, I would have just gave the cop my ID, even if I truly believed the cop had to give me a reason for the stop, and recorded the incident and not put my family through what eventually happened. Again, not saying the cop was in the right but when you donโt comply with law enforcement it will not end up well for the non-compliant person.
@JoelKatz I have no idea, but for some reason it reminds me of the Riddler from the original Batman series. If youโre a millennial or younger, youโre probably not going to see it.
Productive session at the White House today - compromise is in the air. Clear, bipartisan momentum remains behind sensible crypto market structure legislation. We should move now - while the window is still open - and deliver a real win for consumers and America.
If the worldโs highest IQ 276 Holder just figured out #XRP is a good buy, & Iโve been stacking for years, doesnโt that make me a higher IQ. Iโm going with IQ 277, unverified. ๐๐ ๐
Chairman @RepFrenchHill on @RepMeuser & the Committee's digital asset debanking report:
"This report identifies all the ways former @SECGov Chair Gensler, former bank supervisors like Michael Barr and others, to systematically debank legal businesses in the US engaged in the digital asset innovative space. This was terrible for American competitiveness and it led me during the course of the Biden Admin to offer my market structure bill which gives clear rules of the road for digital assets so people know how to innovate and count on the federal government to not debank them, but encourage the use of blockchain technology inside financial services."
@Vysniuz@XRPee3 Not going to defend or have a need to. He was wrong & off by a few years. Nobodyโs perfect. All I can say is if you been stacking XRP all those years below .50 cents, youโre up 500-600% today. I know I am, hopefully you are too. ๐

Charlie Kirk Was Pro-Crypto:
You got some Bitcoin?
"I actually have better stuff than that. I am a significant investor in the plumbing of how crypto is made.
@tracegallagher Itโs beyond obvious. If it was a white perpetrator & a black victim, there would be wall to wall coverage by the MSM for weeks. Since the attack didnโt fit their narrative they will not touch it with a 10 foot pole.
@digitalassetbuy I also would add intentionally lied about no use case & accused Brad of fraud. Brad should sue him for defamation just on principle. The fear is def real & it feels great.
