You know what sad my Canadian friends is so many people do not understand how tariffs work.

DONALD TRUMP DID NOT RAISE YOUR PRICES CANADA.

I’ve spoken with people recently, businessman, and in one case a banker who did not understand how tariffs work.

They thought that the exporter applied the tariffs and did not understand that tariffs are put on by the country that is importing the goods. They do not understand that Donald Trump isn’t raising Canadian prices for Canadians. He’s raising the prices on Canadian goods for Americans.

People really don’t get this. The extra amount of Canadiens are paying is because the liberal government of Canada is putting reciprocal tariffs on goods and jacking up the retail prices for Canadians in Canada.

Economics 101.

A society where people are not free to think , to speak & to hold wacky views is one which rarely produces interesting things. Canada is such a society. We are the land of comfortable organized mediocrity run by semi talented people content to be small fish in small ponds. We think we have excellent education & scientific abilities. We don’t. We have ok ones and the government keeps telling us we are world class, best at this, etc… They haven’t a clue and their words are nice sounding platitudes meant to keep citizens from becoming unmanageable. Most of our best young people will always leave. A small number stay for personal reasons, but don’t kid yourselves. We are not the centre of anything.

Our governments aren't calling the shots; they're following orders.

This is just one example. Every law passed happens in the exact same way in all for 4 countries. This cannot be possible unless each leader of each country works for the exact same people.

🚨GUILTY VERDICT: In Oregon, rainwater falling on your own land doesn’t actually belong to you.

Gary Harrington built 3 reservoirs on his 170-acre property to collect rainwater & snowmelt for fire protection.

The state demanded he drain every drop. “All water belongs to us.”

He refused.

They hit him with 9 misdemeanors, jailed him for 30 days, and fined him more than $15,000.

This is government claiming ownership of the sky.
