I love Ariana so much but her team did this pop-up so wrong. We waited 11 hours and we were one of the last groups to go in. People were getting sunburnt and were exhausted. Yes, I understand people need to get there early, but they were letting barely any people in at a time.

Fans are furious today as some attendees who waited over 10 hours were reportedly not let into today’s Eternal Sunshine Tour pop up in LA. Fans allege the line was closed, and merch is already sold out. Vinyls are nearly, if not completely, gone, with no more expected this week.

At the Eternal Sunshine Tour pop up in West Hollywood! 💕 Items are display only and you tell them what you want at checkout. Once you get in line you can’t get back out! This will help with stock and crowd control! 💕

@Kayletoast Yes it’s free! You get a card when you enter the pop up. You have to give that card to the REM beauty clerk and then you get 3 tries on the machine. Not sure abt item limits but it’s 1 bear per person apparently
