I’m a 24 y/o woman, who is a Sikh. I went to a state school and was part of the first gen of my family to attend uni (yes, it was a non Red-brick).

Shadowed my Pupil Supervisor, who was prosecuting a sentencing hearing, re a defendant who pleaded guilty plea to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility 🤯.

Was at Court yesterday, where I had to do a remand application in the dark…thanks to a power cut 🔦.

Trial listed tomorrow and evidence was served a mere 2 days ago…still outstanding exhibits from the unused schedule too.

Didn’t want all the evidence and disclosure I’m entitled to anyway 🙃.

Not a police officer returning my call from weeks ago, at 8:05 on a Saturday, when I am ill 🤧😭.

Kids, this is a prime example of why we ring using ‘No Caller ID.’
