$2,023 #Gold and $25.40 #Silver price open in Shanghai this morning, price discovery is shifting East.

The Shanghai X is a physical market, no paper contracts, and more importantly home of #gold convertible #PetroYuan contract which is already trading Russian oil and into which Saudi Arabia, Iran, and the UAE are soon switching, this contract allows the BRICS+ to buy oil using Yuan and the seller to take #gold home for trade settlement instead of #Petrodollar.

With this kind of price differential it won't be long before Western #gold producers and Western physical inventories drain over to Shanghai as #gold returns to the monetary system.
