@discovercard I've spent multiple hours over the past few weeks on the phone with every level of your support team. There is a refund owed to an old account of mine and nobody will get back to me when I'm told to wait 3-5 business days each time for them to look into it.

@AmericanAir it looks like @Delta has extended their credits to year end of 2023. I booked @AmericanAir because I've used them for all of my flights in the past and always had a good experience. And yet I can't get a 5 day extension on a flight credit.

@msexcel when you double click the bottom or top of a cell it takes you to the extreme top or bottom of a page.. can this be disabled? It is really annoying for large documents to have to get back to the row I was on when all I’m trying to do is edit the cell

The gentleman in front of me was a first time voter and was asked for ID, but he was told the book did not need to be signed.
