We want to talk to you about the recent issues during the Steady Stack Legends NFT collection mint. We're truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we understand your frustration and concerns. We're working hard to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

The initial mint went incredibly well, with the whitelist allocation selling out in no time, thanks to your amazing support. But we ran into a couple of challenges that we didn't anticipate. The first one was with the "reroll" feature, which lets users pay ETH to change their metadata. It was developed by our team at Byt using APIs from Alchemy, a third-party provider.

At first, the reroll system was working smoothly, but as the volume of rerolls surged, the Alchemy APIs couldn't keep up and started producing incorrect metadata. We also experienced an issue with OpenSea royalties due to the OperatorFilter functionality, which temporarily stopped trading. We know these problems have been disappointing and confusing, and we apologize from the bottom of our hearts.

We want to reassure you that your metadata is safe, and our upcoming solution will set things right by updating the metadata to its proper state. Good news on the OpenSea front too: they've fixed the royalties issue, so any newly listed Steady Stack Legends can be traded freely once again.

Our team at Byt is working tirelessly on a new internal tool that can handle the increased load without compromising performance or reliability. We're almost done with it, and we'll be testing it soon to make sure it's rock-solid.

Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we're committed to making the Steady Stack Legends collection a success. We'll keep you updated as we finalize our new tool, and we'll always be here to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
