@d_lamle If you use the classic Outlook desktop client on Windows, you can sync calendars to or from Google with https://t.co/DRfCNTCcZI #free#opensource
@3075hokey @SA_Mgmt An oft used trope, but incorrect in this case - the software is open source, so the code can be checked to confirm. Any income is made through users donating once they realise how good the software is 🙂
@Just_JasMarie Have you come across https://t.co/DRfCNTCKPg yet? Should be able to help you out if you're running the Windows Outlook client #free#opensource
@javierregueira 8Gb of RAM isn't much if you're multitasking, so upgrading that would probably be sensible anyway. If you're syncing a large date range or number of calendar items, then try reducing that. If you're syncing an Exchange calendar, ensure it is in cached mode.
@javierregueira If the system has frozen how have you managed to check task administrator? What system capacity? Memory? CPU? Is OGCS actively syncing at the time of "freeze"?
@madamscientist @ChoroidLab You could use a sync product like https://t.co/DRfCNTCKPg to sync your Google commitments to Outlook so others can see your /real/ availability #free#opensource
@turbosocal Not quite sure what kind of help you're looking for? The message looks pretty clear: you're trying to sync to an Outlook calendar you don't have update permission on - it even suggests how you might resolve that...
New OGCS release v2.10.5 Alpha! 🎉
Staged roll-out for existing users may mean it's not available through the app for a few days, unless manually downloaded. https://t.co/bcsiIp4a0M
