@PayPal what kind of security process involves the client being told to just keep trying over the next few weeks to withdraw their own money? How does one get actual customer service?
@Verizon your agents should never decline a customer an escalation when it is requested. This is absolutely ridiculous. I gave a case number. They said they would look into it and never came back.
@VerizonSupport your agent tells me to do XYZ and it will turn my phone off disconnect the call and he’ll call me right back. Then he text me that he took another call. Now it’s been an hour and my signal is worse than when I started the call. This is how you treat customers?
@westmarine Your new customer service is absolutely horrendous. It took over two hours to get a response to the live chat and the live chat agent says they can’t do anything.
