@richardruns00@StealthQE4 It’s 100% the rates. No one will leave their current home with these interest rates. A $350K house at 3% vs 7% is an extra $300,000… No downsizing = limited inventory which drives price at least in concentrated markets, can’t speak on rural areas.
@chriiswavy This is where I’m at. I’ve never heard him rap this well, this consistently on a full project… definitely up there on the list though for me.
@KazooKatherine@Barchart **Renovators Market. Any house worth buying is still selling for 100%+ of the price. Homes that require work will drop-in price making it attractive for investors. Home prices won’t drop.. also most sellers have low interest rates so they aren’t pressured to sell anytime soon.
@timeless__ceo@BelovedBone@2Cool2Blog They’re paying you X amount of dollars because they believe you are at minimum worth 2X-5X that amount. So taking a 2X upfront and losing ownership wouldn’t make sense to me especially when you’re already making $10M annually in your example. Doesn’t really move the needle IMO.
@timeless__ceo@BelovedBone@2Cool2Blog That’s $50M over 5 years if nothing changes with the opportunity to 3X or 4X independently and retain all rights vs $100M and you lose the rights and still have to work and if you slip up they recoup everything and terminate the deal anyways lol
@ualreedykno @HURRYUPTMRRXO @erictheswed3@Pvymeingold The big fish is UMG. That lawsuit is still in play. If I’m speculating iHeart gave up some info in exchange for immunity. I have a feeling we’ll be seeing something go down within the next 30-60 days.
@updatusername The tour came out of nowhere seemingly. IHeart is getting investigated by FCC for payola. Drake has a touring deal with Live Nation (under iHeart umbrella). He cancels remaining tour dates and then it’s announced today iHeart and Drake came to mutual terms. #INeedAMaxWin
