Is this even legal? At Coco & Chilly, waiter Nirmal Kumar took full payment on personal account, gave wrong bill, charged extra ₹238 & still asked for tip (given ₹100). Manager silent. @zomato @googlemaps please look into this. #Ranchi attaching screenshots.

Worst experience at Coco & Chilly. Waiter Nirmal Kumar took ₹3029 on his PERSONAL account, wrong bill diya, phir ₹238 extra bhi personal account me liya. Manager kuch nahi bola. Aur upar se tip bhi maanga — ₹100 diya just to avoid scene. Totally unacceptable.
