Got into $YOKO. It's like Virtuals on $S but at $1.6M mc. I'm moving on from SOL, need a new narrative and $S might be it.

if you're talking about the cravings and low energy in the beginning, it will all go away man don't worry. Exercise helps with getting into keto faster, you'll probably start seeing results in the first few weeks too after the keto flu wears off but the real results come later with fat adaptation.
