@SpiritAirlines your agents are incompetent and thieves! An Spirit agent made my son pay $100 to CHECK his carry-on bag in MIA & the agent kept his bag. He arrived CTL & no bag. After talking to the baggage claim agent in CTL said the agent in MIA never tagged his bag!
