Local news on ICE shooting an observer in Mpls.

- Observer was a female.
- 3 ICE agents attempted to get in to her car.
- Woman was not trying to harm agents at all. Simply recording.
- Three shots fired, one hitting her face.
- A physician was in the crowd & begged to help the woman. Agents denied him access.
- Ambulance took 10-15 min to arrive. All while the Dr begged to help.
- Limp body of the woman was carried to the ambulance and her prognosis is “dire.”
