Today the Ohio House passed House Joint Resolution 13, which will bring Governor Kasich's State of the State Address to Westerville. The State of the State Address will be March 6th at the Fritsche Theatre.

House Bill 307, which will designate September as “We Card Month” has passed the House. This legislation will help remind retailers to check I.D.s and encourage others to join the program. It is important to prevent minors from getting unlawful alcohol and tobacco products.

HB 230, which prohibits landlords from restricting the display of the “Thin Blue Line" American Flag has passed the House! I would like to thank my joint sponsor Rep. Ginter for all his help.
