Cookie trio designed by the students: Almond cookie with blackberry lemon filling, Cappuccino cookie with white chocolate drizzle, and a Cherry cookie with chocolate filling.
The Sous Chefs catered the Bus Driver Appreciation Breakfast. We served slow roasted pork in it's jus with poached eggs. House made croissants, and apple crisp.
