@SkyHelpTeam you should be embarrassed by what you call 'customer service' - renewal increase after yr2 of 35%. Offered some money off after saying im cancelling. I then get charged £20 admin fee to take advantage of the discount offered to me 😂

@MadeToHelp guys like many others on this thread, i'm waiting for a refund (4 weeks now) and on top of that, today you incorrectly delivered 1 ceiling light (there were meant to be 2). Your customer service agents are AWFUL! can you help???

@virginmedia exactly how you treat loyal customers - "it's in our T's and C's".. I'm trying to illustrate to other prospective customers not to make the same mistake. If any other service provider cant deliver services, agreements are cancelled - customer service doesnt exist at @virginmedia

Everyone avoid @virginmedia like the plague! I'm moving to an area where they can't even provide services and am still being charged an early disconnection fee! Their reply 'save money by recommending us'.....erm no! #customerservicefails
