Today Year Six have learnt about LS Lowry and one-point perspective. Children used their knowledge of vanishing points and horizon lines to complete drawings. Well done, Year Six!
Year 6 have started the year by studying Systems and Networks in Computing. Children had the opportunity to find IP Addresses, explore data packets and work collaboratively using Google Docs to create a poster.

Year Six performed their first dress rehearsal today in front of the school. Their performance was amazing and we look forward to welcoming parents next week for two shows. Well done to the whole of the cohort for such a brilliant performance!

This afternoon, Year Six have evaluated their peersβ projects by providing constructive feedback. Children have previously created games using variables and sprites on @scratch
In Science this week, children have created their own shadow puppets to retell fairytales. We have learnt that the closer an object is to a light source, the more light it blocks, resulting in a larger shadow.
