BREAKING: Despite overwhelming public opposition, the Oklahoma City Council voted 5-3 Tuesday to renew its contract with Flock Safety for another year.
The $270,000 contract will keep 90 automatic license plate reader cameras operating across the metro through June 2027. Nearly 30 residents spoke before the vote, all opposing the renewal.
