Chill Chime Desktop has a little over 30 wishlists so far, and more than 90% of them are from outside Japan.
I honestly expected something so closely tied to Japanese summer culture to mostly resonate with people here.
Seeing wishlists coming in from so many different countries has been a really nice surprise. 🎐

I’m building Chill Chime Desktop with Godot Engine.
I first designed how it should work as a desktop companion, then handed most of the coding over to Claude Code.
So for this project, AI handled a large part of the implementation while I focused more on the overall design, behavior, testing, and adjustments.
The 3D assets and visual materials are created by our team’s designer.
For quickly turning a small idea into something real, this kind of AI-assisted workflow has been a really good fit.

What if an old bouncing screensaver became an idle game?
I’m prototyping a game where it ricochets around the screen, destroys blocks, and levels up over time.
