Vuelo IB192 (Caracas-Madrid) operado por Privilege Style. Pésimo servicio, sin cambio de asiento, retraso de 3h que me hizo perder mi conexión y se negaron a ayudarme. Comida fatal, básica y no apta para niños. ¡Cero respuesta! @Iberia

@ditjen_imigrasi @jokowi it was always my and my daughter's dream to Visit Indonesia. Unfortunately Immigration did all to make this impossible. Was it so difficult to Immigration to attend me and just reply to any of my contact attempts?Why 3 weeks was not enough to approve Visa

@jokowi I know you are a busy person but what is happening in Immigration is a shame. Every institution should have proper customer support. I lost so much money by not getting any kind of response.

@ditjen_imigrasi, 3 weeks waiting for Visa and trying to get help by all possible means and nobody helped me. Emails, phones, messages on portals and no response, why do you decide to approve Visa after my flight schedule which of course me and my family missed? Shame on you

@ditjen_imigrasi thanks to you I won't be able not only to make my dream come true of visiting Indonesia, but also lost my flight, which cost my all year savings. Spent so much money and time planning this trip. 3 weeks waiting for Visa and trying to get help and nobody helped me

@ditjen_imigrasi why is it not possible to get a response for a visa application waiting 2 weeks now for approval. All documents provided, payment done, should be travelling on Monday and no response. Tried to contact using all possible means 😕. Frustrating. So much money spent.
