@OKMobilityCop, I rented a car in Zaragoza and found out two days after that in the email you sent me a contract for a different vehicle. Could not see the mistake at the dealer as you pretended me to sign without seeing the contract. This is awful and wrong.

@OKMobilityCop I was charged €462 for “Super Premium Cover” at the desk in Mallorca, even though I had already purchased full insurance via Booking/Zürich. I was misled into thinking this was a deposit. Also charged €90 for fuel despite returning the car full. Please refund
