At the school I teach at we check in on students every day. We ask them about their #mentalhealth & teach them strategies to help them be their personal best. We have walls of affirmations in the hallways & in some classrooms. We tell kids they matter every day. #BellLetsTalk

But with early intervention, we can change outcomes.
