On behalf of my family and the good people of Ikeja Federal Constituency, I mourn the sudden passing of the prominent Nollywood legend, Alhaji Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo.
Until his passing, Ogogo was not only a dear friend but also a highly respected actor and an accomplished thespian whose immense contributions to the Nigerian creative industry cannot be overstated. His remarkable career spanned both the English and Yoruba genres of Nollywood, earning him the admiration and respect of colleagues and audiences across the country.
Alhaji Taiwo Hassan was also a committed member of our great party, and his contributions to the party and the society at large will be fondly remembered and deeply appreciated.
On behalf of my family and the people of Ikeja Federal Constituency, I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, colleagues, the Nollywood community, and the entire creative industry over this painful and irreparable loss.
I pray that Almighty God grants his family and loved ones the strength and fortitude to bear this great loss, and may He grant the soul of Alhaji Taiwo Hassan (Ogogo) eternal rest.

The NNPC Limited and its partners in OML 118 have signed key agreements paving the way for the development of the Bonga Southwest Aparo (BSWAP) deepwater project, moving the long-delayed project closer to Final Investment Decision (FID).
The agreements include an addendum to the OML 118 Production Sharing Contract (PSC) and an addendum to the Dispute Settlement Agreement, providing greater clarity and certainty for the project.
