Protect us and our families, our work, our plans, and our going out and coming in. Let no harm come near us. Surround us with Your favor and let Your presence be our covering.

SHOCKING: Many Kenyans have had their cases delayed at the Magistrates' Courts in Kenya.

A report by the OCOB shows that within the first 9 months of FY 2025/26, Magistrates' Courts hadn't even reached 50% of their case clearance target.

Out of 200,000 cases, only about 97,000 had been cleared - just 49%.

What's disturbing is that Tribunals and Kadhi Courts actually exceeded their targets.

For many people, these are just numbers on paper.

But behind every delayed case is a real Kenyan.

An innocent person waiting to be cleared.

A victim waiting for justice.

A family stuck in uncertainty.

A business dispute that has frozen someone's livelihood.

A parent unable to move on with life because a case keeps being pushed forward.

We keep hearing that justice delayed is justice denied, yet thousands of Kenyans are still trapped in a system that moves painfully slowly.

And when cases drag on for years, what do people start believing?

That connections matter more than justice.

That money speaks louder than the law.

That the only way to get things moving is through bribes.

No country can call itself fair when justice depends on how long you can afford to wait.

This is what I have learned over the years.

• Tax laws are not always as clear as lawyers make them sound.

Taxes are complex because they involve:

- Law
- Accounting
- Politics
- Business acumen and,
- Ujanja

It is extremely rare to find all these in one person.

So for serious offshore structuring, build a team of:

- Lawyer (must have)
- Accountant (must have)
- Tax strategist (must have)
- Coffee server (nice to have )

Let them talk. Let them challenge each other. Let them understand your full picture.

This combination is hard to go wrong.

In the end,

They shall create a structure so tough that tax authorities shall cry trying to crack it.

The Ministry of Health recognizes and respects the important place of faith and spiritual nourishment in the lives of our people. However, matters of health and life must remain firmly grounded in science, ethics and evidence-based medicine.

Any claims of miraculous healing, especially by licensed medical practitioners, must be supported by verifiable, scientifically proven medical evidence. Unsubstantiated claims constitute medical misinformation and pose a direct threat to human life and public safety.

Accordingly, the Ministry has directed the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) to immediately investigate the medical professionals who publicly testified to such claims during a recent crusade. These practitioners must provide full clinical documentation and scientific proof.

Failure to do so will attract serious disciplinary action, including possible suspension or revocation of licenses for professional misconduct and violation of medical ethics.

The Ministry will not tolerate the misuse of medical authority to mislead the public, endanger patients or undermine trust in the healthcare system.
