Notable that neither Downing Street or the local Tory MP* have condemned the attack on a Ulez camera with an improvised bomb. Look at these pics (via @BexBitchley ) - someone could easily have been killed. A de facto terror attack in a London suburb would normally merit comment.

Officers saw this vehicle with cables coming out of the window joining M25. They discovered the vehicle was being powered by two batteries sitting in the passenger footwell. Body panelling was also found to be falling off. Vehicle prohibited and driver will be charged... Charged

@hjwakerley We've had a 208 with the puretech, I guess the Cactus would feel the same to drive which is fine but I hate the thrum of the 3 cylinder engine. It's a no for me.
