@TPExpressTrains hi, my 16:50 Birchwood-Dore train yday (26 Nov) was cancelled so I made alternative travel arrangements. It was reinstated later in the day but I'd already changed so didnt use my ticket/that train

It wont let me claim a refund via Trainline. What do u suggest?

@TPEassist We're being told to get a train from Stockport to Manchester then another train to Leeds and then another train to Sheffield then finally another train to Dore and Totley.

Seems extreme if the disruption is supposedly ending in just over 30 mins?
