@FrDesposito Father, this is excellent. Thank you. Just one item: Isn't the current Eucharistic fast in the NO one hour?
God bless you for sharing your knowledge with us.
@PaulinusOfTrier The Cathedral of the Madeleine in Salt Lake City has the most beautiful sacred music, both Gregorian chant and hymns (mostly Protestant, e.g., All Creatures of Our God and King). It's the ONLY thing I miss about the NO, and it's the only NO church I've ever encountered with it.
@DrFisura@countmaculad John 20:21–23
"As the Father hath sent me, I also send you. When he had said this, he breathed on them; and he said to them: Receive ye the Holy Ghost. Whose sins you shall forgive, they are forgiven them: and whose sins you shall retain, they are retained."
@DrFisura@countmaculad If you confess directly to God, you can't hear His priest tell you that your sins have been absolved. Jesus gave the Sacrament of Confession to His apostles. We must go to them to receive absolution for our sins and receive our penance.
@Splougy@countmaculad All your premises have been addressed, and, yes, these things have all happened. I suggest you go to https://t.co/TPAQdPNT7m and do some research. It's a good place to start.
@Splougy@countmaculad The visible, indefectible Church exists among all the faithful who hold to the truths of the Faith, i.e., the sedevacantists. We're not invisible. We have bishops, priests, religious and laity.
@BarronTNews_ Have you ever lived through summer in Phoenix? The last thing you want is more sunlight.
Also, in North Idaho, the sun rises well after 8 a.m. in the summer. It's awful.
Some of us prefer our sunlight first thing in the morning. What's wrong with year-round standard time?
