Visitors of all ages put their knowledge to the test at the ILO stand during the EU Day event in Ashgabat, exploring key questions on child labour, forced labour and #DecentWork through an interactive quiz. #Turkmenistan
Advancing decent work in #Turkmenistan cotton production! 🇹🇲
Across all velayats, the ILO and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population held roundtables to raise awareness on labour rights and child and forced labour, and to review the 2025 cotton harvest.
64 trainers, mainly from local government agencies, across three provinces were trained on @ilo’s Start & Improve Your Business module to boost support for #WomenEntrepreneurs as part of the EU-UN #EmpoweredWomenProsperousNepal programme.
Care work is the foundation of societies. Yet the way care is organized reinforces gender & social inequalities.
I urge Member States to take forward @ILO's Resolution on Decent Work & the Care Economy to improve care provision, decent care work, and gender equality.
