@DC71117403 That is EXACTLY right. You don't have to have a PhD to know when someone's malignant. You can remove them from their behavior, call it what you will. 220 ... 221 ...whatever it takes. [Old Michael Keeton Mr. Mom reference]
@PsychologyF_ That is so true. I heard it said (somewhere?) that the one who cares the least has all the power. Not that we shouldn't care, but never let another person hold your lifeline and happiness. Keep putting one foot in front of the other and walk on.
@PsychologyDose_ Life by the inch is cinch; life by the yard is hard. Why the rush? Where's the fire? So many things look different when there's rest, self-care, sleep, and patience between them. How you feel todays doesn't mean you'll feel that way tomorrow.
@ArtCarvajalJr This is so rewarding and it builds relationship. The call doesn't have to be long. Who doesn't like to be thanked and validated that you or something you did was seen? I know I like it.
@Theholisticpsyc I agree. That energy has to be felt; it has to go somewhere. It's like radiation locked inside the body if you deny it. I read somewhere that's where dysfunction and addiction comes from, trying to avoid feeling what it there.
