I see @CommunityNotes responded and removed their response.

I was able to find the original video on the official Vovan and Lexus Rutube channel since YouTube banned them. The original video doesn't have the dubbed voice. I also came across an RT article discussing the conversation prior to my original post.

Using YouTube to auto-transcribe and DeepL to translate, I obtained a nearly identical translation to the original video I posted and the video on Rutube. In my original post, I stated that Hollande agreed with two claims:

1. The Minsk Accords were a NATO ploy to militarize Ukraine.
2. Western nations ousted Ukraine's democratically elected government in 2014.

Although CommunityNotes didn't dispute the first claim, they disagreed with the second claim, saying:

"No question or statement by either the interviewer or President Hollande talk about overthrowing Ukraine's democratically-elected government."

Here is the relevant conversation as translated:

Interviewer: "I can say that the only thing we were good at outplaying Putin, besides the Minsk [agreements], is 2013: when we managed to remove Yanukovych and managed to take Ukraine into the European Union.

Hollande: "Yes, I think you played a very important role at that time. I still remember how you came to the Elysee Palace with Bernard-Henri Levy, and you were accompanied by Klitschko, and that was at the very beginning of the process. And if you hadn't been there, there would have been no Maidan, and there would have been no victory that you achieved by removing Yanukovych."

According to the translation of the conversation, the interviewer claimed that they were good at outplaying Putin, specifically in 2013 when they removed Yanukovych and brought Ukraine into the EU.

Hollande agreed with the interviewer and recalled their meeting with Klitschko and Bernard-Henri Levy at the Elysee Palace during the early stages of the process.

Hollande believed that without them, there wouldn't have been a Maidan or victory in removing Yanukovych.

While they didn't explicitly state "democratically elected," Yanukovych was the democratically elected president of Ukraine at that time.

Additionally, Hollande agreed with the interviewer's assertion that "we" outplayed Putin and "we" removed Yanukovych "to take Ukraine into the European Union."

Considering this conversation, a more precise statement would be that Hollande agreed with the interviewer's claim that they outplayed Putin and removed Ukraine's democratically elected president in order to bring the country into the European Union.
