I’ve been back in the UAE since 2023 in that time I’ve seen Etihad rail been constructed and opened this year connecting the entire country top to bottom and all major cities. Meanwhile HS2 in the UK news today another 13 years before it will open and £100+Billion… what a mess!
@emaardubai I have previously messaged through Facebook and had no reply about it this and several previous issues - the bottom line is contacting emaar is far too challenging especially in urgent cases and action is non-existent for this issue form the current community manager.
@emaardubai situation in EMAAR South for the last 4 weeks and getting worse! No action at all from management or @Dubai_South authority terrible - we cannot enter our garden - insects constantly in the houses and affecting children and pets!
@emaardubai You have to be verified to contact you which is ridiculous it’s always the same with emaar - cannot email, cannot message it’s so hard to just speak to someone (and someone who can actually take action)

And the cost?
Debt per person has risen from £11.5k in 2000 (inflation adjusted) to over £41k today.
📽️ From Donald Trump to Britain's wind power trade body, there's a growing coalition calling for more drilling in the North Sea.
Raising the question: if we DID encourage more exploration, how much oil & gas could we actually get?
