I 100% agree with this premise. The bottom 50% of the country pays 3.3% of the tax revenue. The bottom 50% of Americans make $83k or less. 3.3% of federal tax revenue is $175B. Have the federal government cut $175B from non-defense spending and eliminate taxes for them.
