@TristanEDUC307 I agree. The same people sharing negativity, I'm sure wouldn't like it if it was the other way around. I feel like people, in general, should learn to have a filter on the internet instead of spreading negativity so easily.π
The takeaway message from this documentary to me is to look beyond the cute characters and catchy songs. A lot more messages are shared, good and bad ones. #lesson11
Disney never really influenced my perception of the world. At least not largely and the only reason for that is that I felt so detached from it. I just never related to it and to me it was always all fiction. So I find it really interesting to see how it impacted ya'll! #lesson11
The FACT that the Disney music producers chose the most racist version of Arabian nights...As I am listening to the song, it feels so wrong. Can't believe I would sing this out loud with so much pride. #lesson11
An interesting way to teach students to evaluate Disney and other popular culture products for themselves would be to get them to use Bloom's taxonomy and critical thinking. #lesson11
