✳️ Focus on India's Telangana State & Hyderabad City:
👉 Telangana’s aerospace & defense exports have now overtaken pharma for the first time since the state was formed.
👉 Hyderabad is emerging as a major global hub and a critical manufacturing base for global aerospace supply chains.
👉 The startup ecosystem:
🟣 Average 16 new aerospace & defense startups/year since 2020.
🟣 $152M funding in 2024 alone.
🟣 Around 87 active A&D companies in Telangana.
🟣 $331M cumulative funding in the ecosystem, according to the data cited in the article.
🟣 A&D exports: ₹15,940 Cr in FY24 → ₹32,850 Cr in FY26 — more than 2x growth in just 2 years.
👉 A&D now contributes 33.4% of Telangana’s exports.
👉 2,000+ aircraft components manufactured annually and supplied to global markets
👉 The ecosystem is also moving beyond simple component manufacturing into higher-value areas.
👉 Component manufacturing includes, across various Indian businesses:
✈️ Aircraft structures/Aerostructures
🔌 Avionics
🔥 Forgings & Castings
⚙️ Precision Engg./Machining
🛩️ Aero-Engine Components

🟣 Global and Indian players including Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Safran, GE, Tata, Kalyani Rafael, Adani-Elbit and ITP Aero have built significant manufacturing capabilities around Hyderabad.
🟣 The interesting opportunity in India’s defence and aerospace sector is not limited to the large PSU names.
🟣 A growing ecosystem of small and mid-sized listed companies is building specialised capabilities, securing global customer approvals, completing lengthy qualification processes and winning long-term orders.
🟣 With increasing domestic defence indigenisation, rising exports and global OEMs looking to diversify their supply chains, many specialised Indian companies could see significant long-term opportunities.

For years, doctors noticed something strange about vaccines in India.
Vaccines that worked well in Europe and America worked less well in Indian children. Same vaccine, same dose, weaker protection.
Most people accepted it. One scientist in Vellore spent 30 years asking why.
Her name is Gagandeep Kang.
She trained as a doctor at Christian Medical College in Vellore, in Tamil Nadu, and then did something unusual for a physician. She went into the laboratory and stayed there.
Her subject was the gut.
Specifically, the guts of children in poor households. She studied what repeated diarrhoeal infection does to a child's intestine over the first years of life.
What she found matters enormously. Those repeated infections do not just make a child ill. They damage the lining of the gut, stunt growth, and interfere with how the body responds to oral vaccines.
That is why a vaccine developed in a clean environment abroad underperforms in a child who has had 10 infections before the age of 2. The problem was never the vaccine. It was what the child's gut had already been through.
Then she went further than diagnosis.
Rotavirus is the leading cause of severe diarrhoea in small children and it kills a very large number of them. India had access to imported rotavirus vaccines, but they were expensive and often out of reach for the families who needed them most.
Kang led the clinical trials for Rotavac, India's first indigenous rotavirus vaccine, made by an Indian company. She was also central to the work behind a second one, Rotasiil.
Both are now approved by the World Health Organisation. Rotavac went into India's national immunisation programme, which means it reaches children whose parents pay nothing for it.
In 2019 she became the first Indian woman scientist working in India to be elected a Fellow of the Royal Society, the scientific body founded in London in 1660. It took 359 years.
She has served on the World Health Organisation's global advisory committee on vaccine safety, and she now leads global health work at one of the largest health foundations in the world.
She built her career on a question most people did not think was worth asking.
Not how do we get vaccines to poor children. But why do they not work as well when they get there.
🔥 Explosive X Thread — GNG Electronics
🚨 THIS COULD BE INDIA’S NEXT REFURBISHED-ELECTRONICS COMPOUNDER 👀
One company quietly scaled revenue from ₹245 Cr → ₹1,891 Cr.
That’s ~41% CAGR.
And the earnings curve is getting even more interesting:
💥 FY26 PAT: ₹132 Cr | +91% YoY
🚀 Q1 FY27 PAT: +56% YoY
📈 FY27 revenue growth guidance: 30%
But the bigger story is what’s happening underneath…
GNG Electronics.
#GNGElectronics #SmallCap #Multibagger
🌍 THE SCALE IS NO LONGER SMALL
GNG now has:
🌍 49 countries
🏭 150,000+ devices/month capacity
💻 ~81% revenue from laptops
🤝 Redington partnership
🔗 Access to 70,000+ channel partners
And institutional ownership is rising:
🏦 FIIs: 2.78% → 5.27%
🏦 DIIs: 5.20% → 6.82%
That is a serious change in the ownership profile.
#IndianStocks #SmallCapStocks #Investing
🚀 HERE’S THE REAL THESIS
India’s refurbished electronics segment is projected to grow at roughly 30% CAGR through FY30.
GNG isn’t simply selling used laptops.
Its integrated engine is:
Sourcing → Refurbishment → L3 repairs → Data sanitisation → Warranty → Distribution → Global sales
The moat isn't a patent.
The moat is execution at scale.
#RefurbishedElectronics #Electronics #IndiaGrowthStory
🧠 WHY THIS COULD BECOME HARD TO DISPLACE
The company has built an ecosystem around:
✅ Hundreds of procurement partners
✅ Large refurbishment capacity
✅ Trained technicians
✅ L3 repair capabilities
✅ Data sanitisation
✅ 1–3 year warranty
✅ Global distribution
✅ Thousands of customer touchpoints
Replicating one capability is easy.
Replicating the entire chain at scale is much harder.
#BusinessMoat #Compounding #IndianMarkets
⚠️ BUT HERE’S THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM
The story isn't risk-free.
FY26 operating cash flow:
🔴 -₹215 Cr
Inventory:
🔴 ~₹743 Cr
That means the biggest question isn't:
“Can GNG grow revenue?”
It clearly can.
The real question is:
Can GNG convert growth into CASH?
If inventory + receivables remain elevated while debt rises, the thesis gets weaker.
#RiskManagement #StockMarketIndia #FundamentalAnalysis
🔥 THE MULTIBAGGER TEST
At ~₹7,000–7,600 Cr market cap, the market is already pricing in serious growth.
So I’m watching only a few numbers:
📈 Revenue growth
💰 PAT growth
📊 EBITDA/PAT margins
📦 Inventory
💳 Receivables
💵 Operating cash flow
🌍 International growth
If growth + margins + cash conversion all improve together…
THAT’S when GNG could potentially graduate from a “high-growth story” to a genuine compounder.
Interesting company.
Expensive expectations.
Huge execution test ahead. 🚀

The Indian Company Quietly Building America's Rival to Nvidia's Cloud Empire🔥📊
How a 16-year-old Indian firm turned GPUs into a 75% margin money machine — and why it's not without risk.
The Story 🧵👇
8 TVS Group companies delivered 100-650% returns over 5 years, while 4 companies delivered 45-85%. Only 1 is negative from its IPO price but its business has improved significantly and is now on the cusp of strong earnings growth and margin expansion.
