@Ryanair Every little complaint? After a delay of over 7 hours I finally asked at the information point & was told Ryanair staff don’t care how I feel. That’s very poor customer service
@Ryanair How about the people who arrive early & then have to disembark a Ryanair plane coz the door doesn’t close??? And 8 hours later you’ve still not got us on a new plane?? Ditch the plane that doesn’t work and put us on one that DOES!!
@Ryanair I’m hanging on at Stansted for the delayed 12:00 flight to Zagreb, estimated 9hr delay departure & waiting. I have just been told by a Ryanair representative that Ryanair staff do not care how I feel. Is that really the level of customer service you want?
@Ryanair Travel Assistance on your app IS NOT WORKING OR GIVING ANY INFORMATION. Stop telling people to check it in all your communications & please stop your staff from telling us to check it. It’s an ineffective fob off. Please give information to your staff at the airport.
@JaneyGodley Context? Why is the driver filming and then uploading this? Seems like a violation of respect if she is prompted to ask him what he’s doing. And the Zimbabwe comment informs that she feels disrespected. I’m with her. Find the filmer & let’s poke fun & judge him, please!
@WhoGivesACrapTP I have not received my parcel. Evri delivered when someone was in but didn't knock & my parcel was not where they said, nor with neighbours. I never have packages stolen but had issues Evri failing to deliver. Your customer support team are ignoring me.
