I was originally making a plasticizer out of mango, banana, and grapes. Then I got creative with some more of the process, and came out with this!

There’s billions of dollars being pumped into research for a material like this, and not a single one has resulted in a material as strong and as versatile as what mine has already proven to be.

Materials that do a fraction of what mine do are worth millions in healthcare, skincare, manufacturing, textiles, construction, and beyond.

Yes, yes I did.

First photo is the material I dropped into oils mixed in jars with waters, and the next photos are showing the polygon formations and differences in behavior that less than a teaspoon of the material undergoes and exhibits when mixed in water in different oils.

It almost does what lava lamps do when dropped into oil, but then when mixed it will take over the water and essentially “protect” the water from the oil. It activates gelatin without heat as well!!

I have a gazillion more tests to do. Bio plastics and tests to do to add it to unleaded gasoline and seeing how I can get it to work in engines because it should work as a much better fuel additive versus detergents and current fillers used in gasoline as we speak.

It holds up in acetone and super super salted sea salt water (so it’s not electrically charged) and it’s a water loving material that clings and spreads itself on GLASS over oil. When dropped into water (last photo) it just disperses like tiny fibrous material that can be broken up by mixing and shaking, and then it comes back together in an organized fashion as it settles.

I live in the Sandhills of an agricultural district in North Carolina & it looks like either some birdies dropped American Nightshade seeds in my backyard or a blackberry seed supplier who I bought from send me nightshade seeds on accident ?? 😂

I’m not complaining. I’ve got black berries, gum trees, and now nightshade in my yard that I do exactly 0 maintenance or work on lol.

I’ll be honest, I know what I did to buy my 2 homes, but when I think about what I did to get my hands on 2 new homes in 2 years as a SSG in the army married to a veteran with a dual income of less than $120k and 2 small kids… I don’t know how the fuck I managed to the muster both the creativity and energy to even make it happen lmao.

I was very VERY adamant on the fact that getting a 2nd home was an obligation & there was no alternative other than getting a second home.

I was not missing the boat tho with buying another home for the sake of a small egg of wealth through investments in assets for our kids and (hopefully) future grandkids.

That’s why I bought 2 new homes in 2 years (2021 & 2023) even when we didn’t have the money to buy another home. Our first rate was 2.5% & as soon as rates hit 5% I got us locked in and managed to hold the rate for 7 months bc I contracted a new build & begged them to build slow.

None of it for Scott and me, it’s all so that we’ll be able to give our kids homes and properties when they’re young and not holding, hoarding, and making them wait until we die to put things in their hands.

I knew rates would keep increasing, and the price of homes would just keep rising over the years that followed. Now our exact same home build is selling for $50k more than we paid in 2023 just down the street from us in a new neighborhood, and rates are ass.

I ended up playing chicken with the lender at the end for the final approval. We didn’t qualify but I knew beforehand all lenders have a CFO or someone of the sort with the ability to override any “rules and non negotiables” with income and financial qualifications regardless of the financial situation of the buyer.

I bet that they wouldn’t disapprove at closing on a new build with the builders preferred lender & the fact it was 7 months of holding the rate, also with my husband and I being active military and working veteran duo at the time.

Also that they’d trust we’d rent out our first home even tho we didn’t have a rental agreement when we were told we’d needed to, but I didn’t wanna have to do rental contracts in my home that I was still living in bc I didn’t want to be rushed with moving.

Also I know what I know about what lenders can do if they want to even for average income individuals for homes bc I watched one of my close family friend who was a CFO of an entire credit union do exactly what I was able to get for us.

Mind you these filaments are the ones that my process didn’t already destroy and disintegrate prior to the moment I added more water. There was more than this in these jars, but my process destroyed them by breaking them down and then the ones that didn’t break down into nano particles floated to the top & break down more and more as they’re agitated from shaking the water or touching them.

These are plastic filaments that I was able to remove a pull from shredded paper/cardboard selectively. By adding water to the paper/cardboard I simply shredded and repurposed and recycled through a different process than a manufacturer did when they first made the paper/cardboard from trees and then added the plastics.
