Another shocking case of how SC/ST Act is being weaponized. Nisha Azad, with support of Bhim Army, forcefully filed FIR in SC/ST Act & Sec307 against Swatantra Bhardwaj, claiming assault on her father. Even not a single casteist slur was used. Shame on #generalcaste politicians
