Today, I signed into law an important piece of legislation: the creation of the Corrections Specialist Advisory Board. This new law lays the groundwork for better treatment and outcomes in our Jails. I thank Chairwoman @AprilBaskinld2 for her strong leadership on this issue. 1/2
