Buildings don’t teach. Teachers do. Until public spending prioritises people, quality, and accountability over visibility and patronage, learning outcomes will continue to suffer. The future demands better spending.

2/3 My focus is Nigeria’s education sector, where spending on infrastructure continues to rise, yet learning outcomes keep declining, especially in rural public schools. The issue isn’t just about how much we spend, but how we spend.
1/3 Living in a developing country exposes a recurring policy failure: public spending often fails to deliver real value to citizens. This reality made Effective Activism, an applied policy module in my MPP, a natural choice.

Gossip gets between two people. It affects our opinions of the people being gossiped about without their having a chance to defend themselves. What we hear from a third person a lot of times is inaccurate.
It is not everyone you admire that qualifies to be your mentor so also it is not everything about your mentor that you should admire.

We give our children everything we did not have. The only trouble is that we deprive them of the lessons taught by not having. Delayed gratification. An appreciation for things. The value of money. The reward of getting something after having worked hard for it. @Powerfm987
