@K_J_Holo The decision to self-publish should be irrelevant to manuscript rejections, if it's not being accepted it likely needs changes. Going to market with something that needs refinement is a bad plan regardless of the distribution method. There are some rare exceptions to this.
@K_J_Holo It depends on the feedback, if there were specific things to change obviously change them and keep submitting. If there wasn't any feedback try and think of what could improve it and resubmit. Either way start on a new manuscript, at the same time.
