Free agent center Nikola Vucevic has agreed on a one-year, $3.9 million deal to return to the Orlando Magic, sources tell ESPN. リクルートしてきたコーチしてくれるはずだった人が解任され、大学の寮から逃亡して、1年間プレイできないままNBA入りして、フィズデイルに親のように接してもらって食事や生活の基礎を教えられて、高校のコーチの妻が癌で倒れた時には毎日お見舞いに駆けつけ、亡くなったあとはコーチを自分の家に連れて一緒に住んだ。１年ほど同居した模様。
怪我してばかりだと非難されればインスタで「インサイドで体張ってるんだから当たり前だろ…」って闇落ちするし、コロナでNBAが中断されたときは拾った犬が可哀想だから練習を休む。
いいことも悪いことも含めて、素直でとにかくめちゃくちゃ魅力的な人間なんだ。
