2. เป็นทหารกองเกินที่มีอายุ 22 - 29 ปีบริบูรณ์ (เกิดปี พ.ศ.2540 - 2547) ซึ่งเป็นผู้ที่ผ่านการตรวจเลือกฯ แต่ไม่ถูกเข้ากองประจำการ
3. ไม่จํากัดวุฒิการศึกษา

A Look Back at a Time When Thailand Helped Cambodian Refugees

​[1975] Cambodians began to gradually flee the war and seek refuge in Thailand.

​[1977] - The Thai government at the time granted temporary refuge to Cambodians within Thai territory.
The area along the border in Sa Kaeo province became a reception area for refugees.

​[1980] - Thailand had to bear the cost of assisting the refugees, with expenses reaching 20,955,500 baht in that single year.
​The UNHCR pledged to raise funds to help alleviate Thailand's financial burden.
​When the situation returned to normal, some Cambodian people refused to return to their country and remained in Thai territory.

​[2014 - Present] - Cambodia has encouraged its people to establish settlements both inside and outside the disputed areas on the Thai side.

​The area of Ban Nong Chan, which is within Thai territory, was originally a place of assistance for Cambodian refugees. Later, the community expanded in violation of the MOU43, to which the Thai side has continuously protested.
