@CryptoNomad15@KevinCBryant2 Such an ignorant and naïve opinion. You try to generalize him because you never watched him, and have no evidence to support what you’re saying.
Only other example is Josh Gordon, who had similar internal demons, and showed a similar level of talent.
@CryptoNomad15@KevinCBryant2 Just accept the fact that you knew nothing about Justin Blackmon or his career. You looked at his draft position and his career stats, and you thought you knew the whole story.
Stay out of conversations you know nothing about.
@CryptoNomad15@KevinCBryant2 So now you’re just deflecting.
He WAS drunk all the time, that’s an established fact.
Look up why the Buccaneers didn’t draft him. Look up what his teammates said about him at OSU, or in Jacksonville.
Look up why he was suspended every year, multiple times per year.
@CryptoNomad15@KevinCBryant2 Yes he wasn’t on Moss level, because he didn’t give a shit…bc alcoholism.
He was a gifted route runner, who had insane run after the catch ability, could catch everything, and had 4.4 speed…
Blackmon was a HOF talent, he just had insane demons and no work ethic.
@CryptoNomad15@KevinCBryant2 Because he was drunk and out of shape….
He put up 900 yards his rookie year, with Blaine Gabbert as his QB, while being intoxicated and putting forward no effort.
He was on pace for 1600 yards and 8 TD’s in 2013…with Blaine Gabbert, while being drunk and out of shape…
@jedge23@dsaintenjoyer@KMaC703@Jrlanger@BangersOnly12 He does have physical traits though…he is athletic, with very good mobility, he has an NFL arm, he has pocket presence, and others.
Arch HAS played well in college (see 2025) before, using his arms and legs.
AR couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn in college or the pros.
@jedge23@dsaintenjoyer@KMaC703@Jrlanger@BangersOnly12 How many years later?
Richardson is in his 4th season, and his biggest issue is his attitude, something that, by all reports, Arch doesn’t suffer from.
Will Arch be good? Who knows, but the simple fact is that players get drafted off traits EVERY year, and sometimes it works.
@CryptoNomad15@KevinCBryant2 How? Dude was out of shape and drunk and putting up elite tier WR 1 numbers.
Hell, as a rookie he put up 234 yards in a single game, with Blaine Gabbert throwing him the ball 🤣.
Blackmon was a generational talent, who just couldn’t put down the bottle.
@LeRoy_J_mon3y@UnderdogCFB lol didn’t matter if he was sober or in shape, Blackmon was a stud.
Just imagine if he had his head in the right space….what could have been.
@jersey76123@JacobsField2@KalshiSports No QB, drafted age 25 or older has ever made a Pro-Bowl, All-Pro or won a SB as the starter, in NFL history.
Players lack room for development past a certain age, and all prospects need to develop to reach the pinnacle of the NFL.
@MichaelWBratton Kentucky would be a great spot, get him with Will Stein, as Minchey is a Senior. Stein knows how to develop QBs.
Other than that, Miami seems to be a likely spot.
Can’t see him go NFL after the season he’s had.
@AngloSaxonAxe@GameTimeATX@ErinHogan lol Texas had the ball about 3 minutes in the 3rd quarter because the defense couldn’t get a stop. Florida opened with a 15 play, 8 minute drive got a touchdown.
