This is the usual plight at Hadapsar station. So much public only one ticket counter?? Where should the public go?? Will there be any change ever??

Today I went to Hadapsar Railway station to catch Hadapsar Nanded Express which originates at hadapsar ..to my suprise there was huge public rush and to cater to it only one ticket counter was operational. I had to wait for hour to get a ticket which I got at last moment.

When Hadapsar is being made a terminal for so many trains why is only one ticket window open??
Is this not causing inconvinence to passenger? Who is taking responsibility for this?
How is Indian Railways managing trains and passenger load?? Whose failure is this??
