Orchard Street is closed from Division Avenue to Hammock Lane due to a crash with injuries. Cherrywood Drive is currently inaccessible.

Shadow Lakes Boulevard is currently closed in both directions between Nova Road and Lakebridge Plaza Drive due to a commercial vehicle striking power lines and underground utilities.
Public Works crews are on scene. Please avoid the area.
📍North Nova Road is partially closed from Wilmette Avenue to Sterthaus Drive due to a major crash with injuries.
⚠️ One lane is open in both northbound and southbound directions.
Please avoid the area if possible, expect delays, and use caution while traveling.
OBPD has designated a Special Event Zone in anticipation of an unsanctioned/pop-up event on the beachside area, which is expected to disrupt traffic flow. This designation is made under Sections 316.1891 and 316.008 of the Florida Statutes.
We’re seeing an increase in children operating high-powered electric bikes on roadways. Some of these bikes reach 𝟰𝟬–𝟳𝟬+ 𝗺𝗽𝗵, creating serious risks for riders, drivers, and pedestrians.
Before riding, make sure the vehicle is legal for roadway use and operated safely.
And just like that, another successful Bike Week in the books. The stats are in! Bike Week brought a lot of visitors and activity through Ormond Beach, and our officers worked hard to keep everyone safe on the roads.
