Update: I think they're Pineapple Quince. Out of the several varieties we got, they were the most evenly ripened and seemed resistant to bruising. Also very fuzzy (pictured is after washing).

Not sure what variety of quince this is but it’s absolutely lovely. And not so chonky that it has to be cut up before grinding.
