Clip 3&4 - The keeper has to do fast feet over the cones before saving a low shot, diving forwards towards the cones 💚🖤🧤

Technical session:
Clip 1 - Simple diving drill working on reacting to triggers, pointing the toes and diving forwards
Clip 2 - Progression from the first drill, this time working on pushing off and springing up for a medium dive
